We are a team of audio and visual technicians. We are part of the PM Audio Visual group.

We are located in Germiston, Johannesburg.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. Our office is closed on the weekends and during public holidays.

All you have to do is request a quote from us. Once you have your quote, you can check for availability then you are welcome to pay your deposit or full amount and send the proof of payment to us along with your completed booking form.

As an industry standard, once we book out equipment or services, we turn down future bookings for that date. Which means that we do not double book at all. For this reason, we do not refund booking deposits, which are 50% of the quoted amount. In the event that you have paid the full amount, we will refund you 50% of the quoted amount.

Note: In the event that you have used a different reference number, please send us the proof of payment urgently so that we can allocate it to your account.

Once your booking has been confirmed we will send you an SMS and email which will confirm this. Note, by making payment this does not constitute a confirmed booking.

We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and cash deposits. For cash deposits, please add 2% of the quote total for bank charges. At the moment we do not accept cheque payments.

In the event of rain, all outdoor equipment or services will have to be immediately halted and equipment will have to be relocated. Some electrical equipment cannot be setup outside. Check with us beforehand.

We accept 50% booking deposit and the balance payable in the week before the function. Some clients prefer to make a full payment to get the admin out of the way. Note: If full payment has not been received by the function date, we may not be able to assist. However, we do send out reminders during the week preceding your function.
